Recently、 the China Textile Industry Federation and the China Industrial Textile Industry Association released the group standard for "T/CNTAC55-2020 Civil Health Masks"、 which began implementation on March 11、 2020
Basic requirements
1 The mask should be able to securely cover the mouth and nose、 with good facial fit and no odor 2. The raw materials of masks should not use recycled materials and should not contain harmful substances such as carcinogens、 allergies、 and skin irritation. The residual amount of restricted substances should comply with relevant requirements and should not undergo chlorine bleaching treatment 3. Masks should not have sharp ends or edges that can be touched、 and should not cause harm to the wearer. Children's masks should not have exposed metal objects 4. Masks should be easy to wear and remove、 and there should be no obvious compression or tenderness during the wearing process、 with minimal impact on head movement. Children's masks should be equipped with ear mounted mask straps and should not have detachable small components. The mask strap should not have a free end 5. For masks equipped with nose clips、 the nose clips should be made of plastic material
Appearance requirements
1 The appearance of the mask should be clean、 in good shape、 and there should be no damage or stains on the surface 2. Materials that come into direct contact with the skin should not be stained
Internal Quality
In this standard、 it is required that the filtration efficiency can reach 95、 the resistance should be below 49/Pa、 and lower for children.
