Phenolic acids are a class of organic acids containing phenolic rings that exist in many plants. Sample Preparation Organic Acid Extraction Method (This section involves the company's core process、 and conventional extraction processes are provided below)
Solid Organic Acid Sample Preparation Method: 1) Weigh approximately 1 g of solid organic acid sample into a 50 mL volumetric flask; 2) Add approximately 45 mL of ethyl acetate; 3) Ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes; 4) Leave to stand overnight and add ethyl acetate to volume; 5) Filter and evaporate 25 mL of filtrate to dryness; 6) Dissolve in formic acid、 bring to a constant volume of 10 mL、 and then detect with HPLC Method for preparing liquid organic acid samples: 1) Remove 10 mL of organic acid samples and place them in a 50 mL beaker; 2) Add 0.1 g of activated carbon and stir evenly with a glass rod; 3) Allow to stand for 15 minutes and filter with filter paper; 4) 0.45 μ M was filtered through a microporous membrane and detected by HPLC Requirements for HPLC and LC-MS determination of phenolic acid samples: 1 Please ensure that the sample size is greater than 0.2g or 0.2mL.
