Test methods
1. Extract
5g of feed (accurate to 0.1mg) into a conical flask with a stopper、 add 5% methanol extraction solution、 place the stopper in a shaker、 and shake at room temperature、 The oscillation speed is 110r/min、 and it oscillates in dark for 45 minutes. Centrifuge the extract at 3500r/min for 10 minutes and filter to obtain the filtrate
2. Purification
SPE column activation: Before use、 2ml of methanol and 2ml of ultrapure water were added to the SPE column to activate the column Purification: Take 2ml of the filtrate and add it to the activated SPE small column. Rinse the small column with 2ml of 0.02mol/L hydrochloric acid、 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid、 and 5% methanol solution、 blow dry the small column、 and finally elute with 2ml of 40% methanol. Collect eluent
3. Chromatographic conditions
