Apply a specified bending force to the injection needle sample through an instrument、 and measure and record the needle tube rigidity value at the application point using a specially designed sensor of the rigidity tester
Testing steps for medical injection needle tube (needle) rigidity tester:
Take an appropriate amount of this product after separation from the glass needle tube、 and place the rigidity tester to apply a force of up to 60N (accuracy: ± 0.1N) to the needle tube vertically downwards.
The lower end of the force application push rod is composed of a mold with an angle of 60 ° and a cylindrical surface with a curvature radius of 1mm. The width of the push rod should be at least 5mm. Adjust the needle tube and rigid tester according to the following requirements:a) Make the span the value corresponding to the size of the tested needle tube B) Place the end surface of the force application push rod at the center of the span C) Keep the needle tube perpendicular to the two needle racks and the force application push rod、 while making the needle tube centerline coincide with the needle rack centerline
